upgrades and bugfixes? 

  o Yes, the user should pay for research, installation and parts always.

  o Yes, but only for installation and parts if it adds extra features. 
  o The user should pay for parts only. The works makes up for the initial screw up. 
  o Fixing of features that is written down in the specs should be cost free, extra features for parts only. 
  o All software upgrades should be free, hardware for the cost of the parts. 
  o The customer should only pay for the shipping if it is a feature that is common in units of the kind from other makers. 
  o The customer should only pay for shipping, always. 
  o If it is a flaw it should be fixed at no charge - thats what warranty is all about.
