and I think the Doepfer RM is one of the weaker modules, that IC just isn't
very good for it, IMHO. I have many ring mods (10+)  and the Doepfer is the
one I never use, not that it isn't useful but if you have better...
Ken Stone's Real ring mod is my favorite, but it is also basic

most current  others(AS, Technosaurus, Blacet) use the AD633, and I have
some that use the AD533. BTW: What does the EH Frequency Analyzer use?
The  MC1496 just isn't that good--that's what the doepfer uses and the DOD
gonkulator.
So a different take on it would welcomed. Or something unique but similar
would be even better. Maybe a weird waveshaper/ring mod/VCA?

And will there be a A-200 series? seems odd that there's such need to keep
it all "100" like "101-2," 101-3" etc....
