it seems that your problem is rather complicated...it
seems like a job for...SUPERMAN!!!,eeeeeee....i mean
dieter doepfer.if you send him an email he will answer
you the next day!!!

p.s.: some ideas...:did you check that the power
required for all the modules in your rack doesn't
exceed 650mA(at 12 volts)??for pwering the a190,do you
use the low-cost 5volts adapter??if yes,then,do you
have the 5volts adapter connected to the same bus as
the a190??is the 5volts adapter connected in the right
way??(see the a100user's manual)did you know that the
a190 needs 10mA of 12volts AND 50mA of 5volts??did you
know that these 50mA of 5volts are drawn from the
12volts power supply(in the case of the low-cost
adapter)?so ,for your a190 to work properly you need
half of the 5volts adapter(50mA) AND you have to
reserve 60mA(10mA+50mA at 5volts) FROM THE 12VOLTS
P0WER SUPPLY!!so,all the remaing modules in your rack
must consume no more than 590mA(650mA-60mA)from the
12volts power supply.of course,all these are valid
only if you use the low-cost 5volts adapter.if you use
the 5volts power supply,the a190 consumes only 10mA
from the 12volts power supply,and 50mA from the 5volts
power supply.i think that this might help!if not ask
