meanwhile the group has been created. The online site is:
https://groups.io/g/Doepfer-A100
The addresses for the mail-handling are:
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: the group name had to be changed from Doepfer_a100 to Doepfer-A100 (groups.io does not allow underscores in group names).
The subscription and the approvement works a little bit different to yahoo. Subscribing does not require an approvement by the moderator as long as the account is used as read only account.
But the first message posting has to be approved by the moderator. This means that the first message you will be posting to the group will appear with some delay, because I have to approve it first.
After this procedure you will be also able to add files, calendars, wiki entries and what else. This means: you first have to post a message (and it has to be approved).
There is no transfer of data from the yahoo group to groups.io, neither messages, nor files, nor accounts. So you have to subscribe to the new group yourself. Simply send a mail to: Doepfer-A100+subscribe(at)groups.io

Dear Florian, I really appreciate your support in this regard. I'll definitely participate and join the new group. Kind regards Dieter Doepfer P.S. But I'll not take part in Facebook. Maybe that's an old-fashioned view but I have reasons for this decision.
