Hello Jacco Just one hint: the best bassdrum-exciter is a resonating high(!)pass-filter. If you have an existing (thin) bassdrum sound, then send it through a highpass filter. Set the resonance to nearly selfoscillation, and then tune the cutoff frequency down. Example: if your original bassdrum is around 50 Hz, then the highpass will resonate again with a cutoff at 25Hz. The resonance control will act as an intensity parameter for the "excitement".
