I didn't mean for this to be an insult.  I have to constantly remind myself what my main goal is (make good music), and that the sub-goals (such as make good purely electronic music) are less important and even questionable, and I need to constantly remind myself to be and remain a musician, not a collector or a fetishist (we can use the term purist if you'd prefer).  At any rate, as I need to constantly remind myself of this, I thought others might benefit from a little of the same advice.  If this isn't true, or it's not my place to say so, then I apologise.  I didn't mean any offence and I'm sorry if I caused any.
