A 148 Sample and Hold- Track and Hold question

I just changed the jumper on the lower portion of my A148 to be Track and Hold and wondering if anyone has any ideas about interesting patches.
I have standard modules, LFOs,VCOs,Env,Vcas.
I also have an A188-1, and A149.

Anyone have any good places to start with the track and hold?
