I don't have Logic here on the computer I am sitting at, but telling 
from memory it should work like this:

In Logic you have the clock symbol in the transport window. Click on it 
(or in context menu with right mouse click). There you will find a 
button which leads to the preferences page which would be accessible 
also via "song preferences"->"MIDI"->"Clock".
In this page of the preferences you have to select which port of your 
interface sends MIDI-Clock. In this selection the Dark Time should 
appear as an interface port. Enable clock sending there.

There is no need for an additional "Start" configuration. This is 
included in the "Clock"-setting too.
