no, there is no easier way.

The more complicated way would be:
Use any LFO with saw, feed the saw through a A-165 comparator. This 
produces a pulse wave with adjustable pulse width. Put this pulse 
through a A-165 trigger modifier and use the +/-Out as shuffled clock.
