OK, t the pressure sensor is on. It's difficult to make a diagnosis from the
distance. There are several possibilities: defective USB cable, defective
USB connector (connector on the R2M manual or R2M box or cable), defective
pressure sensor, defective R2M box (AD input). You may have to send in the
R2M to the dealer where you purchased the unit.
