Dark Time Sequencer dimensions

Does anyone have the actual dimensions of Dark Time sequencer
Also does anyone know if the steps can be  quantized 
Finally why is the gate out only + 5V 
)Many of the vintage sequencers eg Roland give you more headroom eg + 15V
