I'm not the software specialist but I remember that we had the same problem
with the Drehbank editor. Please look at the FAQ page of our website:

www.doepfer.com > FAQ > DREHBANK > CTL3D.DLL

I think it's the same procedure to solve the problem. Otherwise please
