If the Paper Relative Grays function does not give you just what you want, for the grays you are using, or the way your paper appears under your lighting, you can adjust the way grays (and other tones, but grays are most picky) ramp to white, by adjusting sliders that bias the tint near white, and taper off as tones get darker. There are three of these tinting sliders (since you are working in RGB space), and some amount of adjustment to one, or to two of them should result in the tonality you want. This will, theoretically, be previewable in our PrintPreview screen after building the adjusted profile, but I find paper white effects to be the least effective part of softproofing, so I suspect you will want to print the B&W test image to see if the profile now has the highlight tint you are looking for.
