B&W with Photoshop CS2

B&W with Photoshop CS2

2006-07-27 by njfranknj

Has anybody else noticed the improved B&W printing with CS2?

I just did some test prints while evaluating a trial version and the
B&W portions of the test image looked to have completely lost the
infamous Epson driver green/magenta variable color cast (with the
Epson driver color settings turned off via ICM/No Color Adjustments).

More tests may tell the story,

Looks like QTR and dedicated inks are safe - there is still some color
garbage in B&W images, just not nearly as bad as I remember from the
bad old days.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
