Can anyone offer instructions as to cutting roll paper into smaller rolls?
Would like to print on Moad Kayenta in 4" or 5" rolls and it isn't available{that I can find} in
anything smaller than 13" rolls. Did find a company that will slit rolls down to size and it will
be expensive, can't I cut it myself? Help!

Try a hacksaw with a sharp blade. Cut it slightly oversize then trim
the individual sheets afterward.

It works.

Which printer are you going to use 4-5' paper on? Some printers won't accept paper that small.

I am using an Epson R2400, it will print a 4in. roll as I have been testing with a 4in. glossy
roll. Thanks for the suggestion about the hacksaw; I'm planning on using the output as a
final piece-one long roll with multiple images on it. The paper will need to have a clean
edge on both sides. Also I was warned that sawing the paper could create dust that may
foul the printer. Guess a good vacuum cleaner could minimize that, still the cut would be
raw edged. that's why I was checking out slitting.
