Dream Machine and Lines/embossing on lustre paper

David, Thanks for the input. That was exactly the sort of observation that we were seeking. I hope that others will offer their similar comments and suggestions for additional features, changes and improvements to the list to make it as practical as possible. The idea was for a machine to serve the general needs and wishes of fine art and other photographers, starting with a 13 X 19 machine, but with the same features, benefits, workflows, and software functions when ready to move up to a wider format. Maybe many of these might be considered for the second release of the models recently announced. Regarding my previous request for some feedback on the appearance of very apparent lines that covered the whole paper surface horizontally and embossed look between the solid blacks and lighter tone that appeared when using the MediaStreet Quadtone inks, RIP, and Quadtone GQ lustre paper, I experimented with a matte paper and their was neither. Instead, on the matte paper there was a nice even print. Next, to experiment with a satin rather than a high lustre paper. Still would welcome some suggestions as to a good satin finish (not lustre) with a bright white and a best source here in the U.S.. Clarence W.
