With Netscape you tell it a signature file in the Email set up. With Outlook I think it takes three men and a boy to figure it out - typical MS product. Truman James E. Truman, Only 4 clicks. Tools>Options>Signature>New. Piece of cake. Please keep in mind that these signatures only work if you are replying to posts you received by e-mail. If you are replying on-line then, thanks to Yahoo, you are out of luck.
