I got a perfectly linear print from Cone Editions

I've been struggling with MIS Eboni inks for a long while, never able to make a really good profile using the available tools. Some of my images contain smooth gradients and just don't print well.
I decided to investigate Inkjet Mall's Carbon K7 and their profiles, which they claim to be quite good.
I made up a test image consisting of a 51-step bulls eye gradient and a few other demanding photos - then ordered a print from Cone editions, using their pure Carbon ink and 100% rag paper.
(The print arrived in only 2 days: their customer support and professionalism is a staggering improvement over searching slow-loading forums and waiting for weeks to be told that orders were lost due to technical difficulties.)
The print they sent me is pefectly linear: no banding at all, no blemishes of any kind. Perfect.
End of story for me. I only wish I had done this before.
