Recent experience with MIS

There have been some recent posts regarding members' experiences with MIS. Below is my recent unsatisfactory experience: If it were black ink why isn't it showing up in the purge print made with a working color cart installed? Looking at it on the actual page it is easy to see that it is not black ink because it has a thinness to it and a greenish color cast. And where would the black ink be coming from when the installed black cart has clear cleaning fluid in it? You guys are unbelievable in not supporting your product. My only recourse is to not do business with your company in the future.
