Metallic paper in Europe

Metallic paper in Europe

2013-04-12 by Louis de Stoutz

As I understand, Red River doesn't have a distributor in Europe.
Does anybody know of a good alternative to Polar Pearl Metallic that is
readily available in Europe?

Thanks, Louis.

I don't have any experience with Red River papers, but testing metallic papers is the next thing on my to do list.

So far I have found the following Metallic papers at my suppliers in Germany:
Sihl 4840 MASTERCLASS Metallic Pearl High Gloss Photo Paper 290
Tecco Photo ISG250 Silver Iridium
Rauch SIP 260 Silver Iridium Pearl

There are also brands like Proline Vibrant Metallic (both satin and gloss).
Bonjet has Metallic (gloss and lustre).

ILFORD GALERIE Smooth High Gloss Prestige is supposed to have a metallic look.

Although I don't have any hands-on experience, I hope this helps.

The Moab Slickrock Metallic Pearl RC 260 gsm is the same paper as far as
I can tell.
