Digital BW, The Print

I inherited an R1800 and before I could install it my dog chewed up the Matte Sheet Support and the Single Sheet Guide (she's permanently in the dog house).  Are these necessary for printing to 13x19 Heavy Weight Matt paper?  If I do need them, anyone have ones from an old printer they're not using that they'd like to sell?
