Did you use the Front Manual Feed Slot? Your post indicates that you fed the paper from the paper tray? Fine Art papers and thick paper should be fed using the Front Manual Feed Slot on the 4000. Before you give up on using this paper, try using the front feed.

I got a box of letter size today. The first print about did me in. Lots of head strikes against the right edge of the paper in my 4000. The print finally jammed as the curl would not allow to fit into the exit roller assembly. The packaging and the curl leaves a lot to be desired. I will try some more, but I am about to ask the vendor (IT Supplies) for a return and refund. My Lot # is 2244-85115 (260g paper)
Too bad - because the 2 hour dry-down Dmax at 2880 dpi is showing a value of 1.75.
