Digital BW, The Print

I am looking for what I think of as a "16x20" printer.  With the  
current uncertainty about Epson refillable cartridges, I am not at all  
certain I can count on the Epson 3800 as filling my needs:

1) 17" width cut paper (I don't care about rolls)

2) Availability of refillable and resettable cartridges

3) Capability of using MIS or equivalent pigmented ink.

4) Colour as well as B&W as a common use.

The Epson 4800 is certainly an option, although it is getting pretty  
long in the tooth, and is pretty pricey.
