If you want to open the shadows further, then use the advanced slider with a positive value in the shadow detail section. It takes the software longer to calculate a grayscale inkset's profile than a color inkset, so don't panic when it "freezes" in the calculation process, this is normal, it will come out of it once the calculations are complete. Once you have your profile for the UT-3D inks with that paper and printer, you can use it with the Photoshop Custom Proof setup option to adjust your (RGB format) image to tint it, if you aren't looking for neutral results.
