I'll look into the media street thing/wedge. As I mentioned I know one reason I have the prblem is using the UT7 w/o any curve and it puts alot of ink down. Other glitch. While half asleep this morning I remembered that I thought I was was supposed to use Matt/Ebony even on glossy papers with UT7. I had PK in the printer. DOH! So I re-read Pauls instructions and sure enough I had been doing it wrong. But of course the only 2 Ebonys I have here insist they tell the 2200 they are glossy/PK. Nothing, no way, no how can I get the 2200 to believe the Ebonies are really Ebonies and not glossy. So MIS is closed for the Xmas/New Years week so I haven't been able to contact and return them. This is all to get a good workflow with the new current Crane SR, Hana' Fine Art Pearl and Innova Glossie (maybe me favorite of the 3). Any and all UT7 2200 suggestions for the above papers feel free to chime in. Thanks Neil
