Digital BW, The Print

Hi,
I'm trying to feed some Epson Enhanced Matte 330mm x 800mm through the top feeder, but under 'user defined' paper sizes, can't get the driver to accept such wide paper.

Can anyone tell me how to do this, because I know of people who have fed wider paper into the sheet feeder without problems.

Sorry that this is not specifically about BW.
