Thanks for replying Linda I will most likely be using those MIS K4 inks in the future to save money. I'm still a bit fuzzy on profiles. Here are paper profiles for the paper I will be using (Red River Aurora Art): http://www.redrivercatalog.com/profiles/r2400profiles.htm Wouldn't a paper profile like this be good enough for use with either Epson or MIS inks? If not, then how does one use both a paper and ink profile? I'm really a "set it and forget it" type person (not so technical), so these profiles and monitor calibration type stuff just tends to confuse and bog me down. I just want to get acceptable results without a lot of hassle. I'll be printing maybe 50% B&W, 50% color. I have an Eye One display monitor calibration device. When I've used it in the past I've simply calibrated using the "Easy" method. Honestly, I can't tell that it even helps. What do you think?
