Digital BW, The Print

A couple questions...

1.  Does anyone have any recommended settings for the Museo Silver paper
on the R200/220?  Do you follow the standard settings Paul recommends
for "most" glossy papers?

2.  I'm interested in creating a small print portfolio and wondering
what the most common/popular presentation styles are...matted in a
portfolio box?  in a bound book?  I personally like the look of the
portfolio books with hinged pages but I can't figure out whether or not
you have to use specific paper already made to fit one of the binders or
if there is a generic binder that can fit multiple types of
paper...anyone know?
