Digital BW, The Print

Hello Clayton,

I was hoping you might be able to help me out.  I'm having some problems
setting up my R2400 for printiing as you describe on your site in the
article "A Simple Approach to the Epson R2400".

I'm using the new driver from Epson for Intel Macs.  I'm not sure if that is
relevent, just throwing it in.

I have two problems.  First, in the media type drop down, Velvet Fine Art,
Watercolor Paper, and Ultrasmooth are grayed out for some reason, so I can't
choose VFA.

The second problem is I don't know where to make the paper size settings you
detail (Quarter sheet) - is this in the Paper handling drop down?

And finally, the third problem is I can't seem to find the ABW settings for
Tone and Horizontal/Vertical color values.  I do see a Color Toning
drop-down, but it is only allowing me to select Neutral, Cool, Warm & Sepia.
The last choice (Fine Adjustment) is grayed out.
