Digital BW, The Print

Hi all,

elementary question:

 I am new to using any other inks in my Epson and have reecently begun using Eboni. The 
printer tells me I'm low on this ink and won't allow further printing, when in fact I have 
about 1/4 left. How do I work around this? Do the chip resetters work on the MIS 
cartridges?
