Digital BW, The Print

Actually I doubt it matters whether you use Let Printer Determine Colors or
No Color Management with the 2400 in Adv B&W mode.  The ICC profile likely
gets tossed.  I prefer to use Let Photoshop Determine Colors and do a
profile conversion from my workspace to the printspace with a QTR ICC
profile.  Works like a charm.
