There's no reasons why it shouldnt work. 1mb of ram is the minimum I would suggest, but you already have that. As for software, I would suggest Ed Hamrick's Vuescan scanning software, about $80 If you do not plan on using Photoshop CS2 for any reason, then I would suggest either Photoshop Elements 4 or Picture Window Pro, about $90.
