Digital BW, The Print

Well, I noted Jerry's posting and it is exactly the help that would be
right for me. Nobody seems to be responding to it, so is it ok if I
ask the same question ?

I am getting MIS K4 inkset inks shipped to me for use in my Epson
Stylus Color 2400 printer. I expect that there will be a difference
between the Epson original cartridge inks and the MIS inks. Even if
you will not tell me what you did (those of you who are using this
combo of 2400 and MIS K4) to make the MIS inks look the best, for
color prints, can you help me as to the first steps to take ? 
Such as should I make the adjustments in the Epson printer color
sliders ? Or make the adjustments in Photoshop, itself ? Or if
responding to this is too much trouble can you help me with where a
website might be that would have this information 
Any leads or tips or hints would be nice. I would hope to use the
Epson Premium Glossy setting with the 2400.
