There's at least one app that I'm aware of that allows you to edit 
standard icc profiles. I've never tried it, but last time I checked 
they had a demo version:

It costs $75.00, quite reasonable if it works well

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
