I went back to the Photozoom demo and tried running it _after_ all the image work, including sharpening, was completed (all tests had the same operations applied to the image). This time the results were much better than before. Compared to the best PS/bicubic print: - not quite as sharp. When I added some USM to try to match the bicubic, it began looking overprocessed. - It does has slightly more open shadows, a plus in its favor. So this at least adds some weight to the idea that doing upsizing at the end makes a big difference. It seems that the PS-CS bicubic approach is about as good as anything else although I'm still curious about the SizeFixer advanced mode. But I think it would have to be awfully good to warrant that kind of price. Regards, Clayton Info on black and white digital printing at http://www.cjcom.net/digiprnarts.htm
