Digital BW, The Print

Think about this workflow--edit in PS (do not resize or sharpen)>save as a TIFF or JPEG>open subject image in Qimage>Sharpen>print to desired size. Or open non-raw image in Qimage>use Photo Editor setup to move image to PS>image opens in PS>Edit (do not resize or sharpen)>"save as" image>click ok in Qimage dialog box>sharpen>print to size desired.

If you are making large prints then by all means sharpen and resize in Qimage. Prints up to about 8.5X11 will not show much of a difference in either one. But, the printing, editing, resizing is much quicker in Qimage unless you are cloning, changing colors, pinning donkey's heads on politicians etc. then PS is the one to use.
