You should also receive a coupon for 50% off of either the RGB or 
CMYK upgrade. You will be missing things like the Beamer holder, 
camera profiling module, scanner module, color checker chart (DC 
chart?), and maybe a few others.

As far as I know, Chromix still has a $200 rebate for the trade in of 
other spectro's, so if anyone wants to get rid of their old DTP22, it 
is accepted for that rebate. I was told that when Chromix receives 
your old spectro, they will issue a $200 refund to your credit card. 
No papers, no messing around! I forget the guy's name that I asked, 
but could find the email if really needed.
