This sounds like the symptoms you get when the Calibration mode is NOT
set and you print the inkseparation page.  The OS always resets this mode
so you have to check it each time you print.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
