I don't think it was in the R2400's predecessor either - I don't think my 
2100 had BO; not sure about the 2000, so it might never have been in this 
series of printers.

As regards the 4800, I think Steve Kale said a few posts ago after talking 
to Epson, that it was only available in the 4800 if you selected plain paper 
and 720dpi, not with photo papers or higher resolutions.
