Digital BW, The Print

MIS Photo Black problems.

In using MIS photo black in an Epson 2000P, I can't get an
undamaged
print out of the printer. First, the rollers (pizza wheels on other
printers) that eject the paper left really obvious lines in the
prints. I removed the rollers, and then the paper had scuff marks from
the print heads over the whole print. The ink just doesn't seem
to dry
fast enough. Is there any way to actually use this ink? 
Other info:
Black only printing.
Photo k and pk neutral.
Epson Premium Luster, Ilford Smooth Pearl, Moab Kokopelli Satin, and
Pictorico Photo Glossy.
Same problems on two different 2000Ps.
Eboni black works great.
Epson ink works as it should.
