YUK! Have you had any satisfaction from MIS customer service. If that happened to my wife's 2200 she'd be all over me like ugly on an ape! And, rightfully so. I guess I'm glad I'm starting out with converting a c86 to BO first before I go further down this road. It will be interesting to see how this resolves out. MIS has an 'opportunity' here and hopefully will cease it.
