You guys have me wondering if I might be able to try this out. Problem is, my 2000P has been sitting in a box ever since the 2200 went on the market. I was loathe to toss it out, but wonder now if it is permanently clogged and dried, never having had the foresight to flush out the inks prior to boxing. Has anyone resurrected a 2000P from this form of negligence? I'd hate to go through the investment process, even of fresh cleaning carts, if it's a no-brainer that I should quietly bury the printer in the back yard.
