Nick If the Epson driver communicates with the printer and finds that the PK cartridge is installed when it was expecting the MK cartridge or vice versa it will stop jobs with the message you see. You just said that you tried to do "a colour print in Epson and the job stopped." You need to get the Epson printer communication sorted out first. Get those clashes under control and we can narrow down the confluence of errors and difficulty you are having.
