Digital BW, The Print

Dear all,

What am I doing wrong?  Now I've bought and loaded Panther but same problem
as all last week.  It just spools forever and then printer lights start
flashing.

What can be easier?  I just download qtr 2.1d and double click on the
Package and go through the install steps.  Then I open the profiles folder,
find install 2100 command and double click  (and it builds its text).
That's it right?  Nothing else right?  I check print center and Quad2100 and
added itself nicely.

Then I set up a print, it all looks good, I put in curves, matte paper,
adaptive hybrid.  Boom - nothing, zilch.  Printer  hesitates then 'no paper'
light goes on, and pushing it's button doesn't gets the print to spool.  NO
SPOOLY!

Anyone??
