Digital BW, The Print

If this helps at all....

In spite of not performing any cleaning cycles, my new Eboni
cart shows only 50% full in the Epson driver.  The new Cyan
shows 100% full.   

Did a quick test photo print on a lark and got really severe banding
(looks like black issues to this untrained eye - more severe in the
dark parts of the image, right?).
