Instead, we might wish to consider what is the best way to optimize
our _posting_ for relevence to digital B&W **prints** and
**printing**. Please excuse the harsh tone, but I've been "biting my
tongue" for weeks as the frequency of off-topic posting has increased
considerably here. I'm sure no one who's capable of posting here can
fail to be aware that there are scores of digi-this-and-that forums
and lists that would be happy to respond and discuss any general
digital photography questions (any!)--ad infinitum. The value of this
forum, at least to me, is that this isn't one of those (other) places.
