But soft-proofing is a feature of Photoshop not QTR or any other print method. The soft-proofing method that is described on my website should work equally well on both Mac and PC. It is based on having an Eye-One and the i1Match software that creates ICC profiles. I also have some specific soft-proof files for the UT2 inkset on a 1270. They contain install scripts for the Mac but if you know where to put the .psf files on the PC my understanding is that they should work identically on the PC and the Mac. Roy
