I'm using an older g4, photoshop 7, and an epson 1280 with ut2 inks and eboni black on Hanemuhle Photo Rag. I'm using Paul's neutral curve, modified to a warm charcoal as opposed to the cool tone it typically delivers. My results are inconsistant. In general though, prints seem substantially flatter, blacks less black, and less detail overall than the same subject printed on my 2200 using Ultrachrome inks. I'm putting in a contrast adjusting curve that helps somewhat, but that's not kicking up the blacks, and in fact it's driving some of the zone 3 and 4 stuff darker than I'd like. Any ideas? Mike
