Digital BW, The Print

Hello,
I have just got use of another 1200 printer. In order to purge the old ink prior to putting in the UT inks, I put in water-filled carts and ran purging prints until the old ink was gone. Then I put in the new carts ...

Now no UT ink comes out! I've done lots of cleaning cycles and purging patterns, but no ink comes out.

Can anyone help please?
