My vote would be for Imatch.  Powerful software but you can as much 
of it as you want.  In other words it'll grow with you.  Stable, 
reasonably priced and excellent support.  The support is right up 
there with Qimage.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
